If you wish to vote by mail, you must fill out and file an application EACH CALENDAR YEAR. ELIGIBLE TO VOTE BY MAIL? Eligibility requirements: - 65 years of age or older
- Sick or disabled
- Expected Absence from the County (Must be absent during the entire early voting period, Election Day, AND provide an out-of-county address where your ballot can be mailed, AND include dates you can receive mail at the out-of-county address)
- Confined in jail, but otherwise eligible to vote

RETURNING THE BALLOT - Marked ballots must be received prior to 7:00 PM on election day.
- Marked ballots can be mailed to the Wlliamson County Elections Office via the United States Postal Service or contract carrier (FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.).
- Marked ballots may also be hand-delivered to the Wlliamson County Elections Office office by the voter on Election Day between the hours of 7:00 am and 7:00 pm and you must present an acceptable form of Photo ID.
- Voters who are returning their ballots from outside of the United States must have their ballots postmarked at or before 7PM on Election Day, and the ballot must be received in the the Wlliamson County Elections Office office no later than five days after the election (if the 5th day falls on a Sunday or legal state or national holiday, the ballot must be received by the next business day).
